They’re just so nice and friendly, and they really treat me great, and… they always remind me of my appointments, and it’s—they’re just on top of everything, so I really like it.
If you were going to send a friend to Dr. Richardson, what would you tell them would be the reason?
Oh, I would just tell them that if you want to go to a nice, friendly place; a clean place; and people that treat you really friendly, you would want to go to Winchester Dental.

Dr. Richardson, we would like to know from the dentist’s perspective what it’s like to use the new whitening system and what it is called.
Well, the new whitening system is called Pure Start. It has several other ingredients that our normal whitening system doesn’t that really help with sensitivity. So you know one of the main things that I’ve had a problem with as a patient from whitening before was sensitivity. I couldn’t use the Crest White Strips, you know, I just—everything hurt. So when I did this, I was a little apprehensive, but after the whitening, like, I could barely feel that I had anything done. So I was really pleased with it, it only took about… you know, 30-35 minutes—total chair time—which is pretty quick, and I really like the result I got.

Thanks for coming out today! Can you tell us why you’re here today and who your doctor is?
Well, my doctor is Dr. Richardson. I’m here to have my implants. They’re going to do the fittings today to get me ready for my new teeth.
Why do you like Dr. Richardson?
Dr. Richardson does a great job. She just is the best one to work with and she’s really been very good at taking care of me because I have a problem with being scared of the needles and being scared of pain, and so she’s really helped me a lot with dealing with the pain side of things.
And so you’ve basically had little pain to none.
That is correct.
That sounds nice.
Yeah, it’s very nice.
And what’s it been like working with her assistants?
Her assistant is Sam, and she’s great. I’ve known Sam for a couple of years now, dealing with them, and it’s—she’s really good, and they’re very friendly, and it’s very, very—feels like dealing with your friends.
Very, very friendly.
David talks about how he found our practice and why he feels good about coming here.
Okay, so—introduce yourself and tell us how you found Winchester Dental!
This is David Boggs. I found Winchester Dental through my wife. She came here and had a great experience, and said that I should check it out myself and see how it is. Of course I came here, and it’s been great ever since.
Did she have any specific reasons she liked it? Like did she say they’re really friendly or it’s super clean? And I’m leading the witness, but—
She said they were really good at just handling things and taking care of things, and the price was good, and it was just a great place to deal with.
And since you’ve been here, what stands out to you in terms of—like when you come in, does anything stand out? Like how you feel when you get here?
Well, they always are very nice to you when you come in. Very comforting. The people at the reception desk are super nice. And when you check out the people that you deal with are super nice. Even though they know it’s costing you money, they still are good about how they handle it, and they make fun of it, and we all have a good time, so I think it’s a great place!
David shares the experience he had before coming to Winchester Dental, and what he learned that might help others in making decisions about their own dental care.
So David, thanks for sharing with us your dental story. Everybody has a different one, and every story is unique and different. But what was your experience before you decided to come here, and what are the parts of the experience that might help other people with their own situations?
Well, I think the biggest part for me was: I had a dentist told me that it was going to cost me $25,000-$35,000 to get my teeth fixed, and it really scared me. And they basically said, “Well, just get your teeth cut out or pulled, and—the bad teeth—we can put a bridge in or a partial.” And it didn’t go so well. It was very painful, as far as the bridge and the partial, and I ended up having to not wear them, and they’re in my drawer at home. So then when I came here to Winchester Dental, you know, they helped me, they said, “Hey, we can work with another doctor, and we can get you some implants,” and you know, gave me a ballpark price of what it would be, and that’s kind of where I’m at at this point. So what I’d suggest for anybody and everybody is to make sure you take care of your teeth. Don’t let your teeth and the cost of your teeth scare you off. You need your teeth.

So, you know, one of the experiences I had was: here in Winchester, I had a local dentist that was charging me quite a bit of money for the same service—
—who you liked.
—which I liked very much!
You liked the person.
Exactly. The person was a great person, but they were charging me almost double what everybody else was charging. So you know, when I came to Winchester Dental, they’re charging me the numbers that are in line with what should be charged. So they’ve really helped me as far as that goes, to not have to pay that additional money when I can get the same service for the correct amount.
And this place is not only charging prices in line, but also they’re solution-oriented—

Mistie is such a great hygienist. She’s you know always pleasant, always does a great job. I would not go to anybody else. Matter of fact, one time, when they called and said she was sick, I, I had to cancel, because I—don’t let anybody else clean my teeth except Mistie.

Oh, the overall experience has been great. I can’t ask for a better place to come for everything I—take care of my teeth.

She has always handled any monetary questions I might have had with professionalism and is always open to help ease any concerns I might have. Everyone else of course is wonderful; however, these two young women are just standouts as far as I’m concerned.”
