We accept patients with all health conditions in this program. There are no health questions, no deductibles, and we will not deny coverage to any applicant. Your coverage in Smile Care Club is billed annually. Read details here.

What should I bring to my first visit?
During your first visit, we will perform a full evaluation, which begins with a review of your medical history. Please provide complete, up-to-date information on your health. Let us know if you have experienced recent hospitalization or surgery, or if you have recently been ill. Also tell us the names, doses, and frequency of any medications you are taking—whether prescription or over-the-counter products—and the name of your physician(s). Inform us of any changes in your health or medications. This information will help us select the safest and most effective method of treatment for you.
What will you do during my initial evaluation?
To assess your current dental health and needs, we’ll take a full set of oral photos, as well as x-rays that allow us to view the structure of your jaws, the position of your teeth, any signs of infection in the gums, and possible cavities.
We will also review your insurance coverage to help determine the costs of any treatments we recommend, and we will work with you to create a payment plan if necessary.
