Do you accept new patients?

We’re always glad to welcome new patients, so if you need a new dentist, please give us a call! Please scroll down for details on what you may expect during your first visit.

What age patients do you accept?

Winchester Dental is a family practice, and that means we’re happy to see patients of all ages. If you need appointments for several family members at once, just ask! Our office is spacious and welcoming, and we’ll be glad to accommodate you.

What are your hours? Do you ever make weekend appointments?

Unlike many dental offices that are open only four days during the week, Winchester Dental is open Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 8 to 7; Wednesdays from 7 to 7; Fridays from 8 to 5, and three Saturdays a month from 8 to 2. We can also see most emergency cases on a same-day basis, or the next day at the latest.

What may I expect on my first visit to Winchester Dental?

During your first visit, we will perform a full evaluation, which begins with a review of your medical history. When you share your medical history, be sure to provide complete, up-to-date information on your health. Inform our office if you have experienced recent hospitalization or surgery, or if you have recently been ill. Also tell us the names, doses, and frequency of any medications you are taking—whether prescription or over-the-counter products—and the name of your physician. Inform us of any changes in your health or medications. This information will help us select the safest and most effective method of treatment for you.

Next, we will assess your current dental health and needs. We will take a full set of oral photos, as well as an X-ray that allows us to view the structure of your jaws, the position of any teeth that have not yet erupted, any malformed roots, and possible tooth decay.

We will also review your insurance coverage to help determine the costs of any treatments we recommend, and we will work with you to create a payment plan if necessary.

We look forward to welcoming you to Winchester Dental!
